the brief

Research UX failures and redesign the application with better visual elements. Determine the problems and use UX Design principles to create an easy to use, beautiful solution to those problems.

the problem

Disruptive Advertising Management Network (DAMN) isn’t meeting the needs of clients to view how their marketing efforts are being spent and displayed. This is causing confusion and frustration in the eyes of both employees and clients. The problem is occurring when the client is trying to view reports and when employees are trying to submit creative and dev requests. How might we improve so that our product and organization is more successful based on 1. The ability to submit a creative request, 2. Review monthly contracts, and 3. Add themselves as admins to certain clients/projects?
