
TRAVEL:
A KIOSK EXPERIENCE STUDY

the BRIEF
Create an experience that spans multiple mediums. Pick a topic and create a print experience, a kiosk experience, and an AR experience.
The proposed solution
For the print experience, we want to create an interactive marketing experience. Hypothetically, when someone signs up for the tour, an envelope would be sent. In the envelope, there would be some interactive brochures, a business card with information about their tour guide with an AR video introducing them.
Once they get to the airport, the kiosk experience would get them excited about their trip while they wait for their flight.
AR EXPERIENCE
For the AR experience, I designed some travel brochures to capture the experience. My team and I used the Zappar design studio to create an immersive experience.

PRINT EXPERIENCE
I designed the business card with a zap code to continue the experience. When you open the code, there's an option to add her contact info right to her phone.
KIOSK EXPERIENCE
We wanted to make the entire travel experience an interactive one. So when people are sitting and waiting at the airport, we created a Kiosk experience. The traveler could scan their boarding pass to see where they are going to get them excited about their trip, or to take a quiz to see what kind of traveler they are.
